The rooftop deck and pool area seem like they could be a real highlight once they're open. The proximity to major transport hubs means getting around is easy.

The air conditioning consistently failed to cool the rooms despite multiple reports was good. Noise from the street and nearby train stations often disrupted the peace, and the breakfast setup was lacking, with few options to choose from. The Wi-Fi required constant re-connection that became a hassle. It's also worth noting that the advertised amenities didn't seem fully available , disappointing.

Fairly clean and stylish hotel with absolutely perfect and excellent location to the tube which can take you direct to Lingotto, just what I needed. There was a wide range of freshly made meals. Location: the venue was just off the city centre and a metro station...

I adored the amazing views from my Classic Queen Room. Waking up to that every morning was surreal! The breakfast was a standout with a buffet packed with delicious options and made-to-order coffee that hit just right. The staff were genuinely really good, especially Sara, were pretty good to.

Parking fee 19 € for parking in front of hotel on the road unjustified and too expensive

The ventilation/heating was very loud and warm, we had to turn it off and open the window at night so that we had enough fresh air. But it was very noisy from the street.

The suite on the fourth floor is well furnished! Breakfast was very good. The lady at the reception cared for us very well. Hotel with garage is great!

The garage can only be reached by stairs. An elevator - to move the luggage - is missing. Is that executive? I don't think so!

Small wellness area all for us alone

The staff provided really good customer service, especially at the reception where they gave a fantastic local map with marked restaurants.

I found the room was quiet at night and the breakfast was good. Most of the staff were helpful and the free Wi Fi available in the rooms was convenient. Restaurant recommendations were also very helpful.

Room was rather small and a little dinjy, air conditioning noisy and not very effective. Area around the hotel was not too salubrious.

Good location to explore Turin. The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly.

The rooftop garden was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and extended our check-out time without a fuss. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful too

I enjoyed the modern decor of my Junior Queen Suite. The staff provided great recommendations for local dining. I appreciated that the hotel was well-maintained, with clean common areas that enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel's location, while central, required some walking to reach major attractions.
